These terms govern your use of peaklamen.com and any purchase you make from Peaklamen. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
The store
Peaklamen sells desk and home-office accessories online. We are a retailer. Many products ship from supplier warehouses, not from a Peaklamen warehouse. Product titles, photos, and specs describe the item we intend to sell. If a listing is wrong, email team@peaklamen.com and we will fix it or help with your order.
Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for your account password and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else used it.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include the price shown on the product page. Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, fraud is suspected, or we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you.
Payments
We accept payments through Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Shipping
Shipping terms are stated on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays from carriers or suppliers can happen. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to your address, or as otherwise required by law.
Returns and refunds

Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, abuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms service, or attempt to access accounts or systems you do not own. We may suspend access if that happens.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, logos, and layout, belongs to Peaklamen or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission. Product brand names that appear in supplier materials remain the property of their owners. We do not claim those brands.
Disclaimer
The site and products are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that the site will be error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peaklamen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or a purchase. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to cover Peaklamen for claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Travis County, Texas, have venue for disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
