Peaklamen (“we”, “us”) runs the online store at peaklamen.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it.
What we collect
When you browse or buy, we may collect:
- Name, email, shipping address, and phone number you enter at checkout
- Order details, payment status, and shipping updates
- Device and browser data, IP address, and cookies used to run the site and measure traffic
- Messages you send to team@peaklamen.com
Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Process and ship orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your questions
- Prevent fraud and keep the store secure
- Improve the site and understand which pages people use
- Meet tax and accounting rules
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with services that help us run the store, for example:
- Hosting and site security providers
- Stripe for payments
- Shipping and fulfillment partners who need your address to deliver the order
- Analytics tools that show how the site is used
Those providers may only use your data to do that work for us.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and measure traffic. You can control non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on the site. You can also block cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may break checkout.
How long we keep it
We keep order and customer records as long as we need them for shipping, returns, taxes, and fraud prevention. You can ask us to delete account data that we do not need to keep for those reasons.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it, where the law allows
- Opt out of marketing email (order email still goes out as needed)
- Manage cookie preferences through the banner
Email team@peaklamen.com for any of these requests.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
