Peaklamen ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Handling time
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after you place them. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You receive a tracking number by email when the package ships.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown on a product page are estimates from the supplier and carrier. They are not guarantees. Transit time often runs longer than the handling time above.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order at the prices listed on the site.
Delays
If a shipment will be delayed, we follow the FTC mail-order rule:
- For a delay of 30 days or less, we notify you. If you do not reply, we treat that as agreement to wait.
- For a delay of more than 30 days, we cancel the order and refund you unless you tell us you want to wait.
Tracking problems
If tracking has not updated for 7 days after the ship notice, email team@peaklamen.com with your order number. A person reads every message.
